High Spec Composites is excited to announce a significant investment in a new Italmatic 4.0 mini autoclave, supplied by Vac Innovation. This strategic acquisition aims to boost our production capacity, cut costs, shorten lead times, and support our sustainability objectives.
The newly acquired 0.8m x 1.0m mini autoclave is built with certified materials and the latest technology, ensuring maximum operational safety, significant energy savings, durability, and ease of use.
This advanced technology features four vacuum zones and integrated recording systems, guaranteeing complete process traceability. The process thermocouples and USB connectivity allow us to download all cycles and parameters for comprehensive analysis.
We plan to use the Italmatic Mini Autoclave for manufacturing smaller components, which will reduce our overall energy consumption. This also permits us to dedicate our existing 1.2m x 2.5m autoclave to larger components, increasing our overall order capacity and further improving lead times.
Additionally, the new mini autoclave, with its lower energy consumption, is equipped with a silencer for low-noise operation, enhancing the working environment for our team.
