We are looking for full-time experienced Composite Technicians to join our small, yet fast-paced team based in Bicester.
The role will be based on 40 hours per week, manufacturing carbon fibre components for multiple grand prix racing teams as well as a range of exciting and innovative industries.
Applicants must:
* Have two or more years’ experience in a similar role
* Be competent in composite laminating and/or trimming
* Be able to read technical drawings
* Have a keen eye for detail
* Enjoy variety
* Be able to work well as part of a small team
* Be able to take responsibility for own work-load
* Have good communication skills
* Be flexible with working hours during F1 build period (Jan-March)
