High Spec Composites is a keen advocate of apprenticeships having grown the business through apprenticeship programmes since establishment in 2010.
We have a 100% success rate with completion of qualifications and all of our apprentices have been offered full-time positions within High Spec Composites at the end of their learning.
Some of our more ambitious apprentices have progressed though the business into leadership and management roles and others, with support from High Spec, have launched into exciting roles within F1.
We combine EAL Diploma Units, NVQ Units and training plans linked to our celebrated in-house skills matrix to deliver a complete and comprehensive vocational learning opportunity.
Our commitment to apprentices ensures training pathways and unit selections match each individual's strengths and career aspirations.
We've teamed up with training providers, The Engineering Trust, to deliver Engineering Standard and Process Leader Standard apprenticeships to suitable candidates each year.

Our commitment to the provision of apprenticeships extends beyond offering positions within our business as High Spec Composites represents SMEs on the Oxfordshire Apprenticeship Awards Committee. We have a unique advantage on this front, working alongside representation from Large Enterprise, OxLep Skills and various schools, colleges and universities throughout Oxfordshire. We are often the within the first to learn of developments in apprenticeships, including changes to funding and requirements, and have access to the knowledge and planning behind unlimited successes of the provision of apprenticeships throughout the region.
